How it used to be…
Keep-In-Mind Advocacy first started as ADHD Teen Tips in 2019, a website ran by a teenage girl focused on writing articles on important research, in an easy to understand manner. As time went on, the original author realized that she wanted to expand past her original goal of writing about relevant information to help teens and adults understand their diagnosis. She also saw that she needed to keep consistent with her work, no matter how much life got in the way. A new name, a new initiative, and a new goal, seemed like the perfect way to do it.

Keep-In-Mind Advocacy is a resource for mental health education, in a world where resources are few and far in between. Dedicated to spreading awareness regarding mental health, Keep-In-Mind Advocacy strives to erase the stigma in mental health disorders that stems from misinformation.
As a Canadian non-profit organization and initiative, Keep-In-Mind Advocacy, frequently speaks to Members of Parliament, Members of the Legislative Assembly, and city councilors to express concern regarding a lack of support for mental health issues. As of today, Keep-In-Mind Advocacy has spoken to more than 30 people involved in municipal, provincial, and federal government regarding these issues. Along with people involved politically, Keep-In-Mind Advocacy talks to youth across the provinces, about ways to combat the stigma.
Future endeavors for Keep-In-Mind Advocacy includes public speaking across the country, continuing writing articles on mental health issues, writing and publishing books on mental health, along with getting more people involved in advocacy.
